1. Actuator features compact construction, robust structure, light weight and large output torque (35NM—2300NM).

2. Hard aluminum alloy housing is further processed by anodizing and polyester powder coating to achieve superior anti-corrosion and protection to waterproof IP67, confirming to anti-explosive certification ExdIIbt4 for various working conditions.

3. Electronic torque protection device provides overload protection. Limit switch can adjust and set the maximum rotation angle required by valve.

4. Declutching manual override eliminates clutching operation which is simply realized when power is off to reduce mechanical failures.

5. Worm gearing and vortex rod in high precision ensure self-locking to keep position of valve unchanged against reverse torque from valve and labor-saving manual operation.

6. The whole series is standard with space heater for anti-condensation due to sharp temperature change and keep the interior electric components functioning properly.

7. Mechanical and electronic dual limit switch can be set as required by both electric and manual operation conveniently and accurately.
